Meet Our World Class Green Lake Dentists
Imahn Moin, DDS
Raised in southern New Hampshire where he grew up around the dental field, spending many after-school and summer hours in his father’s orthodontic practice. His time there gave him exposure to many different dental fields. Ultimately, Dr. Imahn was drawn towards general dentistry and the ability to learn about and practice many different skills and build long-lasting relationships with his patients.
After graduating cum laude from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts with his undergraduate degree in Biology, Dr. Imahn was ready to start on a new journey in becoming a dentist and set out to attend the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He knew he made the right decision as he quickly came to fall in love with the Pacific Northwest and the dental care education he was obtaining. In recognition of his clinical work with dental implants, Dr. Imahn was awarded the student achievement award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
In addition to his studies, Dr. Imahn was involved in many different areas within the dental school. He showed his commitment to being up-to-date on the latest in the dental field by serving as the President of the UW Chapter of the National Student Research Group, while also conducting his own research at the Craniofacial Department of the Seattle Children’s Research Institute. Dr. Imahn was also passionate about giving back to the Seattle community by leading an after-hours clinic designed to provide dental care to local homeless youth, and also volunteering on weekends to conduct oral screenings and education to children and their parents through the Husky Smiles program. Finally, Dr. Imahn got to engage his love of teaching when he was chosen to help instruct and mentor the 2nd year dental students throughout their fixed prosthodontics curriculum. In his free time, Dr. Imahn enjoys sailing, rowing, fly-fishing and woodworking.
Dr. Imahn looks forward to working with his patients to educate them about their oral health and working together to find the best, individualized plan to give everyone the beautiful smile that they deserve.
